Distressed Property Expert

I just needed to get this information out to everyone. We all know someone who is having a tough time making ends meet in this current economic environment. Many of our friends and family have lost good paying jobs, value in their homes, and the ability to pay. With the depressed housing market selling a home for top dollar is tougher today. I am available to help all of these people that are struggling. I can help them sell their homes for less than what is owed via a Short Sale (Bank takes less than owed). This helps them avoid foreclosure and save their credit score.

Here are some examples of why to sell via a short sale verses a foreclosure:

1. IMPORTANT FOR MILITARY AND DEFENSE WORKERS, LOSS OF CLEARANCE

2. Lower Credit Score will effect employment, current and future!!!

3. Credit Score lower by 300+ Points by a foreclosure verse 50 points on a short sale

4. Foreclosure cannot be repaired on a Credit Report, must wait 7 years

5. Foreclosure judgment for deficiencies has no statute of limitations can be years before you get a judgment for thousands of dollars.

As you see these are just some of the very real and hard consequences by deciding not to ask for help. I am here to help anyone that might be looking at the potential of foreclosure. We all need to help our friends, families, and communities to overcome the current crisis that is gripping our nation. The BEST part of my help is the BANK will pay for my commissions, so there is no money out of pocket for these sellers. Please pass on this information to your friends, families, and neighbors that I can help. Also, I keep all my communications private about anyone that is having troubles. It is better to try and sell the home for a loss than having your name listed in the newspaper as a foreclosure. Please call me and I will start helping today.
