My First Blog Ever!

    Yesterday I became the father of a teenager, the world is about to change.  Tomorrow we inaugurate a new president, the world is about to change. Today I write my first blog ever because the world is changing so I better keep up or go away (that’s not an option because my teenager wants to go to the University of Notre Dame). 


    It's easy to get caught up in recent headlines, but don't assume everything you read or hear in the news necessarily applies to the Pikes Peak region.  For buyers and sellers trying to make a decision about when to make a move, it's important to understand that real estate trends and values are a local business.
